For the poor the late Victorian period was a time of virtual slavery in the ‘dark satanic mills’ or the Workhouse. It was a short step for a man to take to become a member of one of the many revolutionary and republican movements of the day.

In London the centre of much of this burning resentment was Brick Lane in the East End. Exiled Russian, Jewish and German intellectuals gave these desperate men a cause to fight for – class war! Though poorly armed and equipped the Brick Lane Anarchists make up for it in numbers and hate.

The figures are 28mm sized, made of metal and supplied unpainted.
